Ambassador Program
What is the Southwest Dubois Schools Ambassador Program?
The goal of the Ambassador Program is for community members to:
- Gain “behind the scenes” knowledge of how our schools function
- Participate in dialogue with leadership on education issues
- Develop an understanding of how the district has created a unique culture of educational excellence and innovation
- Become partners in sharing the district mission and goals throughout the community
When and where will the Ambassador Program meet?
- One morning a month, beginning in November thru May, at Central Office, 105 West Sunset Drive
- 7:50 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
- Meetings will include an overview of various aspects of the school district.
- Participants will also have the opportunity to visit the schools and have in-person experiences.
Ambassadors will be provided with a letter to take to their employers to support their participation if requested.
